The private shores of Princess Cays on Eleuthera island are lined with vibrantly painted beachside cottages reserved for guests. You unexpectedly come upon a row of little "homes," like a cute "Hibiscus" cottage and a bright green "Pineapple" one. The other cottages, nestled among the island's palm trees and developing area, have similar tropical- or fruit-themed names, like "Coconut," "Soursop," and "Passionfruit."
