Delighting in Picturesque Charm in Cesky Krumlov, Czech Republic
Viewing the town center of Cesky Krumlov is like being transported to a fairy tale. A pretty pink tower with its spires and wallpaper-like façade commands your attention. Just to the side stands the imposing castle and rocky mountainside. Superbly intertwined in their design, you can’t tell where the mountain ends and the building begins. The impossibly quaint riverside houses seem to come straight out of Tolkien’s idyllic Hobbiton. The houses’ red roofs are a lovely accompaniment to the orange and gold tinged autumn leaves. Sighing with happiness and pure aesthetic delight, it takes great effort to peel your eyes away and leave this enchanting place.
